TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

1 Day Events:
We can bring a gazebo or the small marquee (8.5m/28ft.sq.) or work under cover that you supply.
Larger/Weekend Events:
We have 2 marquees (8.5 x 11.5m/28ft x 38ft. and 8.5m/28ft. sq.) which can be used separately or can be joined together to make one long structure.

For any event we need vehicle access to unload and access to a water supply.
We provide everything else (except tables and chairs for the public).
If you want night-time illumination on the exhibition, please supply electricity.
If the marquees are to be left up overnight we will need camping adjacent to them or security provided to look after them.
